Whenever I can't tell the neighborhood boundaries, I give the boundaries of the census tract.

I doubt Fannie is sending a letter to monitor their reports simply because an appraiser used the word baptist - perhaps there is another reason-

They have said as much. The whole ecosystem was reviewed a year or two ago and the incidences of uses of unapproved terms was reported.

Sending a letter stating they will continue to monitor my reports is even more ridiculous (although the machine is monitoring all of our reports). 20 years of doing this with no letters from FNMA, and now I get one over the word 'Baptist'? FNMA should be focused on the mill in my town being ran by an appraiser that does not inspect ANY of the properties he signs off on. Just office staff and a few apprentices. Two apprentices have told me he just has them inspecting houses and taking comp photos all day. Banks LOOOOOVE his turn times! Bet he is churing em out for FNMA clients.
