Hello ALL! Okay, enough of me cyber-stalking this Forum without introducing myself.
My name is Will and I am a Los Angeles native living in Lakewood, CA (near Long Beach).
I love everything about doing field appraisals; measuring, taking photographs, making adjustments, using formulas, etc. (okay, to be fair..... the data entry can be, ummm... tedious)
I believe that appraisers have the most thorough understanding of their local Real Estate Markets.
I have posted in the job board section in search of a Supervisor. I have done hundreds of BPO's as a RE agent, and have done some training appraisals, so I am not 100% green. Please take a look-see if you are looking for a trainee who will offer you a faster return on your investment.
In my spare time I like to jog, travel and play monopoly with my kid. I have also put WAY to much $ into my drone / aerial photography hobby.
