Now, if you're going to tell me that you can now insert jpgs in the additional comments and have it not change the order of the report, then we can talk about how good it has become. But until then ... it a POS 100%.
I never had any problem with having graphs in the middle of text. And I never had it change the order of any pages. I really do not know why you would have those issues.

I have run mine though this and never saw a problem

Maybe I am not understanding the problem.

It basically takes photos of the pages it cannot read. Did that forever with the MC form.

Perhaps that is why the suggestion from Alsie was to use the extra maps pages rather than the additional photo pages.
If that is the case now, then I would not have a problem with it. Again, haven't used it in a number of years.
This was a common problem, however:

I find all of this surprising. I have used ENV for over 10 years and have not had a problem. Some clients prefer that format.

Just so I'm straight: you believe XML transmissions w/trainee signatures are rejected because of UCDP, but you're good with ENV. Does that sound right?

I remember when digital photos were first used, I was one of the first in my market to buy one of those Sony bowling ball cameras solely to save money on film. When PDF, then XML, then env started being requested, then required I was always ahead of the herd and picked up extra business. Now I can actually get higher fees in some zip codes. One zip code I can charge dearly because the fee shop there refuses to use env for religious reasons. (anal retention). I’ve learned to clone/template reports not just for neighborhoods, but for clients who have specific pain in the rear requirements. Based on the noise from appraisal social media, I may expand my coverage area to the west coast and fill a void, the price of coyote pelts is down and I was expecting a long, cold winter.

XML and are ENV are 2 different ways of converting a report into a format your client uses. The signature rejection has nothing to do with the leaving out (or not) of exhibits. Reports I have upload have all of their components. But some are in a different order.

This is one of those threads that's a bit puzzling for me to read.

I've never had a problem with ENV reports. Been doing them for a dozen+ years, for a variety of clients. Don't do anything different than for an XML report - early on I learned not to put any images or graphs into the Addendum, but to use Extra Map Pages instead. Nowadays most of my reports are delivered in ENV format on Appraisalport. Same report as done for XML, just click different button to create ENV delivery file in ACI.

The only problem I ever had was with a few clients complaining about extra typed language appearing on some photo descriptions (a cloning error that does not appear in XML apparently). Learned pretty quickly how to cleanup or "work-around" that, but honestly don't think its happened in more than a dozen appraisals out of thousands over that time.
