Great to hear. Same can be said in Minneapolis. Don’t believe the hype; the market and housing demand is very strong and still flying high here. Demand and prices still very high here within the Minneapolis city limits as well. Glad to know Seattle is doing well; was just out to visit in early March as C 19 was evolving (Seattle was the “epicenter” at that time); love it out there!
