Having returned from my exile to the Left Coast recently, I wish you Good Luck! - You will not regret it! ;)

Allow me to welcome you to God’s country, if you are truly coming here. I’m located in rural central Tennessee between Jackson and Nashville. We‘ve seen a ton of incoming folks lately from the north and west who are looking for a different environment.

I’ll warn you upfront - Once here, it’s difficult to ever leave again. :dancefool::dancefool:

Yeah, I was born in Linden, where there used to be a hospital. I was a hillbilly. I was a river rat. Ever heard of Perryville, TN. Mousetail State Park. I had hillbilly family all up and down the River near Mousetail State Park. I still have several family members that live there. Mousetail state park wasn't there when I was born. :)

I think this person wants to live in a metropolitan area. I may have read them wrong.

Perry County used to be lowest minority population county in TN. I don't know if that's true or not anymore. If this person is a minority, they could improve Perry County statistics on minorities.

I am not sure Perry County could support 3 new appraisers. Who knows? Maybe it could. There are several rural counties nearby. Get you a house on the TN river and become a river rat. Drink your morning coffee with a view of the TN river. Get you a pontoon or bass boat or house boat. Fishing pole. Some skis. Get you a pleasure boat.

What about tri-cities area. Not sure how the schools are there.
