Do your due diligence on race per county in TN. Any minorities you want to touch on. Any prohibited basis you want to touch on, you can pretty much investigate per county in TN.

Lebanon- Tennessee --Have no idea except seems many Red Californians have moved there
in the last three years mostly Christians and now Jews moving in . I Dont know maybe Zoe knows whats going on there as I have never been there.

Lebanon is a suburb of Nashville. I've never done any work in that area. I would think it is a mixture of both conservative and liberal thinking people. It would not matter either way for me as I appraise real estate and not people. I don't get into politics when doing appraisal inspections either.

Yeah me neither but I doubt moving over politics will solve anything as the Country as a whole is fairly evenly divided and most large Cities are dark Blue .

Yeah, I was born in Linden, where there used to be a hospital. I was a hillbilly. I was a river rat. Ever heard of Perryville, TN. Mousetail State Park. I had hillbilly family all up and down the River near Mousetail State Park. I still have several family members that live there. Mousetail state park wasn't there when I was born.

My deceased cousin had the fastest speedboat on the river. Everybody wanted to run him. He always won. He died trying the same thing in a corvette and didn't keep it on the road. He wasn't racing in corvette. He was just going too fast. His daughter survived the crash. He didn't. She was a baby.

My great aunt, who is deceased, sold some of her land to the state for Mousetail State Park. She was his mother in law. Her daughter has tons of money and still lives on the river. She inherited all ways. Mom, Husband, then married a very wealthy man that owned real estate everywhere and he died.
