I have noticed a bunch of random folks have come out of the woodwork on social media talking about how easy the new forms are

It reminds me of high school sports no matter what season it was, my favorite was Dana's fat uncle Walter who would dress out at 400 pounds, he would scream the entire game telling us to hustle, quit loafing, he was always giving pointers. Every school has an Uncle Walter. Our forum has at least a half dozen giving endless tips on the 3.6 game.

Total software is ready and submitting hundreds of reports per day. However if you're waiting the complaining on Facebook to stop in order to dip your toe in the waters, you're going to be waiting a long time. To each their own

Where are you finding these numbers that Alamode is submitting hundreds of UAD 3.6 reports per day? This data could not be found by AI.

I have no doubt about that. That's the sort of human that runs those organizations.

I know how many we are seeing, so I can pretty conservatively extrapolate from there.

Edit: Maybe an overshoot. But if so, I think not too far off. GSEs see 350k per month, so 200/business day would only represent 1.25%.

I'm curious what percentage of appraisers you think are too inexperienced to be performing these assignments? How many years to reach mid-level competency at appraising SFRs?

How many years of experience did you have when you struck out on your own?
