Please explain how NC or the FTC get there hands on my retirement which is my private property in the form of some well funded 401K, IRA accounts and stocks? I am not in North Carolina, not a citizen of NC, and am not personally subject to NC's jurisdiction. I also do not personally engage in any interstate or consumer trade that would make me personally subject to the FTC's oversight and in any case the government has no ability to just come in and seize my private property.

You live in a seriously demented fantasy world.

If you own stock or your ira or whoever owns stock in somebody the Federal Trade Commission or a measly state govt goes after, you won't have to ask that question.

I am very well diversified in my holdings which include equities, commodities, real estate and foreign based assets, so if a few companies or assets go down due to government interference or some other reason I will be just fine.

thanks for your concerns though

Good, How are they going to prove C&R to a Judge or Jury since you know so much?

Show me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fees offered and paid by AMC's went up. They actually starting having issues finding
Appraisers to work with until the fee agreed upon increased.
Just interested if you think that fees went up as a result of the announcement by the VA board or if fees went up because appraisal demand in the past year increased significantly or maybe due to both factors?

I am guessing that you really won't know the answer until the demand for appraisals declines again at which point it will be interesting to see if fees decline again.

Sorry, but trying to show anything to someone whom I believe to be irrational is a lost cause. I have had my enough amusement with you for a while so I am out.

No, but I am certainly reading the rantings of an idiot

Ok, this is from idiot ol me too.

How will they defend antitrust allegations on price control due to an oligopsony? Lord I hope your Ira is not depending on you.

It's your loss. You might have learned something.

Go call North Carolina and tell them they are idiots. Not!

you, Joan Trice and your ilk that talk the talk of appraiser advocacy but no longer walk the walk can go F yourselves with your opinions about appraiser related issues.
Nice, intelligent response...it shows your level of intelligence and your ability to critically think much better than anything I could ever say.
