New one for me

I'd been going to gym just using the equipments for years but yesterday I went to this aerobic class in a boxing theme.
I must be oldest person there and I couldn't keep up the fast pace of others. I tried.
What I liked about it was I had to follow the steps and motions from the exercise leader.
It keeps my mind thinking of the procedure and follow through. I think it helps my brain from deteriorating to dementia.

And how times have you shared that there is only 1 or 4 CGs in a 4 state radius....
So? Is that a reason to rob people? Actually, I only work 2 states. I am one of only 2 CGs on this side of the Arkansas county, and the other works more in the Fayetteville-Springdale area where there are numerous other CGs. They don't like to go here. I am also about the only CG in 3 counties in OK nearby. But there isn't a lot of commercial 'stuff' there. The poultry specialists are a bit different. There are 3 others who basically do 90% or more of the area farms - I am no longer part of them as I don't work for a couple of the bigger regionals that do poultry loans- I got sick of FmHA and SBA work too. I've done a couple of RV parks, a climate controlled mini-storage, some apartments and commercial rent buildings (typically less than $200k) and otherwise it is beef cattle farms, or, I just finished a farm that had sheep and goats. Dorper sheep to be exact. They shed their hair in spring and don't need shearing. Shearing sheep used to be a profitable enterprise with the government propping up wool at 50 cents a pound - about $4 per sheep back in the 1960s. They finally realized that made no sense and stop the subsidies. But sheep still need sheared unless a shedding variety.

(BTW - the cannabis growers went bust and most of them are out of business - my condolences to you. So, you could grow tomatoes or hydroponic lettuce in them. They are selling cheap.)

I still have my specialty. Mineral rights. I work that from Texas County, OK to Cross County, Arkansas. But much of that is income related and I rarely have to go to the court houses since I can access most data on line.

So, you got the jab and afib too? Welcome to the club. With Part D or whatever of Medicare, regardless the anti-coagulant and regardless they are old enough to be out of patent - they sue to not allow anyone else to make a generic. And if you bought cash? About $50 a month. But you cannot buy outside the drug program and doesn't matter, Humana or whoever, will max your $2k anyway with any other drugs. On Medicare it makes sure to be priced so as to max out your $2,000 limit. My first month was $400, the next was $130 and will be until the meds max out the $2k. And that was on either Xarelto or Eliquis. You could take rat poison (Warfarin) but it is toxic and requires frequent blood tests.

Sure did like a dumbazz. Go to Lilly's website and get yours too if you still take Eliquis. But, the ablation went great and got to drop 3 meds too

But, the ablation went great
I've felt no side effects - one of my friends had ablation and another had a pace maker. I would try to skip the pace maker and go to ablation if they let me.

Dig is young, so maybe afib is unexpected....
You, old man, not so much.... :)

A day or two after my second covid shot I noticed my ankles swelling up. Didn't think anything of it until my next check up when my doc said you have afib. Thank Trump the ablation procedure worked

TRUMP GIVETH AND TAKETH....

Way before Covid-19 was a thing....
I would get occasional random and intermittent swollen ankles when I sat too long writing reports without a break....
That's why people who plan on going on long distance flights are told they should wear compression socks and/or walk around the plane every so often....
I'm guessing most of us on the AF have been told that....
