I still print the subject tax card and MLS sheet. I also print comp sheets to take with me out in the field. I have had success with Brother printers.

wtf are you printing?

i only physically print 3 pages. the rest is digital workfile.

i know bro ive heard this before but dont get it. if i have a 3 comp report thats 6 pages. more if more comps are required. 1 listing and 1 tax record per address. subjects listing and tax and 1-3 pages for order. so 10-11 pages per report. HTF are you only doing 3? lol

unless i remember incorrectly laser drums were $$$ as with toner.
I've never had an ink jet last long enough to spit on. Buy a color laser. Gosh, I mean how cheap are you? A drum costs a lot but it takes a long time to use up a drum. PS - I buy a higher quality laser for color and an elchepo HP BW laser which you can get cheap cartridges for. 1581648735584.png

Thinking wifi is pretty much standard...same with thumb drive/image scan disk. Nice part with Epson Workforce WF-7720 two drawers one with option as big as 11" x 17"...essential for DOT maps.

im such a dummy. my old printer had wifi and i never even knew it so my question which is faster? usb or wifi?

those would be worthless to me bro i scan and copy too! need a MFP and 40 page per minute printing in ink is mucho cheaper than color laser which i had BITD.

i have a giant tan-ish colored hp laserjet 4. this thing is old large and heavy. the beast just keeps on going. I hardly ever print a thing these days. i just print to pdf. When I did print I would just buy refurbished cartridges cheap on eBay. This printer is so old it has one of those big *** connectors. I had to get an adapter to plug it into mu usb port. I think its from the early 90s

i physically print page one of the engagement letter, page 1 of the subject assessor record, and page 1 of the URAR. the rest is pdf of the engagement letter, full report, listing, tax records, maps, comps, etc... all kept in a digital workfile.

record keeping rule states "true copies of all written reports, documented on any type of media. (A true copy is a replica of the report transmitted to the client. A photocopy or an electronic copy of the entire report transmitted to the client satisfies the requirement of a true copy.)" "or references to the location(s) of such other data, information, and documentation."

Wi-fi. I recently bought a new computer and decided to go wifi with my printers, seems quicker to me.

i scan and copy too!
I have had 2 multipurpose all in one printers. Neither were worth the powder to blow them up with. I have a high speed multipage Epson scanner, and I simply scan then print to the BW or color accordingly. Wireless Ez Pz. Perhaps slower than copy function, but I don't copy much anyway. I also have Adobe so I can edit pdf and fill in forms that never need to be printed out.
