what if you had 7 inspections in 1 day. how would you separate audio notes taken in the field? i know paper is old school but i love comparing what written in the listing versus what i see in the field. and all my notes are 1 letter shorthand. ie bsswf means brick and siding, stoop only, wooded view to rear and fence.

Total mobile has a notes feature that accepts text, voice. or free hand drawing.

I use a Brother Laser. Drum last 30,000 pages and then I reset the Drum. Just reset it at 60,000 and its good for another 30,000
I have had this oh, I don't know maybe 10 years.
damn, i never knew that. thanks. made reading this thread worthwhile. you just never know where you will find a diamond in this blog..

Its somewhere in this blog page I printed it off long time ago, I scanned my instructions...for a 12,000 Page Drum Life Reset. It does not seem to matter on the Brother Laser Printers drums

How do you reset the drum on a Brother printer HL 2140?
Brother HL-2140 - Reset Drum
Simply open the front cover, and hold the “GO” button until all four LED's are lit. Release the “GO” button and close the front cover.

The Model I have currently is a Brother HL-2240 I have another HL-2240 That I bought on sale for $59 Bucks... Just in case my current dies for some reason

Currently using a Brother MFC L-8850 multi-function with two drawers. It is economical to run, CAn put the toner in from the faster model with a little ear clip, 6000 pages or more per tower and reasonable resets or replacements of other parts. Parts from Precision Roller out of OK.
