I saw this thread and thought I would ask a question. It had nothing to do with my current appraisal just something that came to mind. I did a conventional sale of a home I appraised several years ago. At the time of the original sale the home HUD tags and data plate. I still have the original appraisal with pictures of these. The owners have removed the HUD tags and data plate. (Thought it made it detracted from the appearance, changed nothing else
) On my appraisal I stated the data was from my office files from an old appraisal and there was no problem. Could this have gone FHA with this data?
