Conventional conforming mortgages were the most common mortgage type in Q4 of 2023, making up 44.8% of all originated mortgages, according to the Urban Institute. The rest are non-conforming conventional loans, non-residential, jumbo, private owner-financed, non-banks, etc.
Reach out to the NAR and tell them they're wrong.
 
I am finding that most of these reviewers or underwriters are only calling for random and unnecessary stips just so they look useful to their managers.

You have to wonder if some actually got through basic appraising 101 if they haven't learned to read yet.
 
I name the neighborhoods to the north, south, east, and west.
