Careful there Otis .. you are about to become OterUber .... hey that has a nice ring to it. Welcome to the UBER side Otis. *5

Right, like no one ere besides me gets frustrated and thinks of that sort of thing. Like no one else but yours truly would have loved nothing more than to taken that fool's money and watch him try to play it out. Right. No one would even think it, not even for a second. Right.

Honestly, the uber-appraisers here are few, but man do they make themselves known.

Dave...
Can you explain the bolded part - We speak English here. uber?????????

"State board?"

You must be joking. State board would have nothing on anyone in this situation, so long as an honest appraisal was the only thing tendered. I'd love to see you prove a thing, you, or anyone.

What is obvious to me is that while I tend to live on the edge many here tend to live in fear. Honestly, a state board would have NOTHING on any of us if some moron had a $500.00 donation he didn't know what to do with, and was feeling generous on a given day. Heck, what is said moron going to say, that he paid a bribe for something he didn't get? Give me a break.

Man, you all are living in fear for all the wrong reasons. And given that the whole thing is hypothetical (no one, including me has done anything along these lines in so far as this thread's concerned) I'm convicted for being honest about my feelings.

And if it's the state board I'm to fear, hey, here's some good advice for those so worried about me: Let me worry about that.
