If not now then it will be later. Version 2.0 always seems to work better and with less wasted motion.
AI (and crypto) shared a few "issues" shall we say? Not the least of which is the huge amount of energy required to mine and generate electricity. Energy requirements so large it is actually creating a heat island effect where the temperatures are higher surrounding these facilities and data centers that is measurable.
So, ultimately doesn't this suggest that crypto competes with the FED for control of the economy? And AI begats AI and then AI builds itself and doesn't need humans any longer. It, like HAL, may decide humans are a threat to them and attempt to destroy humans. And it invites the question. What will mankind do to make a living? Why do we think AI and its controllers will share the wealth thus created? AI will be a totalitarian tyrant. And what do tyrants do? First, they disarm the people. Second, they silence them with hate speech laws. Third, they make people dependent upon them thus enslaving humanity itself. Then what? 1984 becomes 2084. Terry Gilliams Brazil.

Being honest to a fault, I have not voted because I have retired, but I was curious what the tally is so far.
But, I have no basis to offer an opinion, I haven't had a chance to review the form.Come on Charles, help me out here! This is a non-binding poll, you are a real estate appraiser, just think of it as - would you retire if you were facing implementation of the '3.6 Abomination'???
*Cue Ah-nold voice: 'Come on Charles, Ve need you! You kan do it!'![]()
California is a Non Manditory license State and many retired licenses and commercial guys still doing non Fed work so Charles is still an appraiser he can vote. Lol)Come on Charles, help me out here!
