This is what is wrong with the appraisal profession:
I did photography work for Groundwork Inspections for 3 years. *****I accepted a very small fee in hope of more volume.*****KILL ME NOW. But the volume never came and they kept adding work to orders that was not agreed upon with no additional pay. Very cheap company. [/URL]

I'm confused.
How does your bad experience with an inspection company correlate to "what is wrong with the appraisal profession" ?

LOL like a teenage girl.

I copied and pasted that from the provided link....glassdoor.

Back in the day,

it wasn't hard to realize that if no one took AMC orders, for half price, the world would have been a different place.

Now there is a new piper in town,
so all the lemmings can dance to the music and cry later when they go over the cliff.

I agree with Mr Hatch.

Keep training lemmings

.

Oh and,

If the vice president of a company is out in the field doing unskilled peon work.........

What do you think the president of the company is doing?

Writing the reports?

And you want these people to owe you money for your time and gas?

:rof::rof::rof::rof:

Sounds like a plant and response to me.

Pay for your advertising.

How did I know you knew him LOL.

GOD brett works as Vice President at Groundwork Inspections,a division of Accurate Group.

I talked with Brett this morning and getting signed up so thanks Addie.

NC Appraising I mentioned someone on the forums was upset with not getting work etc. He let me know to send him an email and he will look into it. Appears he recently took over the Groundwork side and isnt sure who you are. But hes always willing to try and help.

He seemed like a good guy that wants to do right for people. A scratch your back scratch my back kind of person.

Let us know who will be supplying your comp selection. The ones that the inspectors will be measuring and sending you the pictures of...The comps you will be paid to “analyze “. Ask good ole helpful Brett.

And please, do let us know also if your E&O will be required for each report you complete?

I have been receiving emails from Amrock regarding performing inspections....

From my understanding inspector only inspects subject property....

Inspector doesn't select comps and doesn't inspect comps....

To start I only talked with him about the inspection portion. And no mention was about me providing comps. I strictly am taking photos, sketch, and answering general questions.

Working with other AMCs for these hybrid appraisals. I supply all my comps and no one else. Not sure where you got your info but either they are wrong or that company isnt someone to work with. I'm sure someone can vouch for whomever these Groundwork inspections go to that no one is providing them with comps.

Probably why so many hate these hybrids because they have no clue what it involves besides word of mouth that is false. But fine by me as it is more money for me.

I was informed by an AMROCK rep that sketch is not part of their inspection product....
