Realtor Bashing

If you would allow me to vent for a moment I would appreciate it?

If I walk into another new home sales office and hear "you're the only appraiser who ever asked for that", I am going to punch someone right in the mouth!

Thank you....I feel better now.

I used to get that all the time till I stopped asking for a receipt for the kickbacks.:rof:

I must confess that I have used the term Realtard on a few occasions and now that I think about it, it was very wrong of me to insult people with cognitive disabilities by assoication them with Realtors. So, in deference to those with cognitive disabilities, I will now longer use the term Realtard. Instead, I will use the term Realturd, even though that may be an insult to honest turds everywhere.

Realturd --- that's perfect! It makes the point without offending these guys:

Something In Common

I agree with TC about use of that term.

The big problem I have with Realtors® is that they so rarely live up to their precious code of ethics. And so blatantly, too.

Ummm, just like appraisers!

I could deffinately bash on realtors right now. Have my home for sale, so many realtors have called me up trying to steal the listing from my realtor.....

Not to mention the bigger problems and arguments have come from realtors, thinking they know better about appraisal than I do....

Realtor problems happen frequently enough that I am getting fustrated with the "i am better than you" attitude.
