Slow Down?

was it AI that made the "wild predictions"?
The wild predictions were made by oil company executives based on decline curves created by computer projections made by engineers. Who were likely under pressure to put the best face on it and they did so by skewing the interpretation of an empirical formula, called the Arp's Decline formula. Too complex to explain...but plug in optimistic numbers, what's the result?

I spoke with two appraiser buddies on Friday, both with 25+ years in the business. One of them had a total of 8 appraisals in December and the other only 1 for the month.

I also heard that the oldest appraiser in town ha retired and closed up and his co-worker has moved 100 miles away to be closer to family.

There may not be a slow down where some of you live but it is here with a vengeance.

Here too. Not optimistic about a recovery ,I was always optimistic in prior slow downs, hope my pessimism is misplaced ( is that optimism lol )
