So how is your June?

An above average June & July thanks to Ameriquest loan officers class of 2005 & 2006.

I am only doing appraisals part time now. I did 4 this month and I gave 3 appraisals to appraisers I know. It is very slow for me. I was used to 75-100 orders a month and that was the case 8 months ago. I had an office and 7 appraisers working for me. I cut down on everything, work from home now and I let every body go. I am working in cars now. I used the money I made from selling one of my commercial properties to start a car wholesale business. Its my 2nd month doing this. Will see how things work out.

What load of crap. Every appraiser ought to be part time. It is the only way to eliminate the pressure from clients. If they don't control the roof over your head or the food on your table, they have no leverage. Being part time makes it easier to take time to just study the market rather than being pressured to get that report out and get the next check.

Appraising part-time is by far the best way to go. :new_smile-l:

x2!

You hit it on the head.
Desperation is a stinky cologne.
