Edd,

The skippy problem has already been brought to light. The FBI has launched two undercover operations since September and I suspect you will all see many more suspensions and revocations as the state agencies wake up and try to justify their existence. Too late for that. I'll be surprised if the Fed hasn't taken it over by the end of this year.

Believe me when I tell you that the party is over. The state agencies will likely be charged with racketeering.

Which 'Fed' is that? Which 'it' are 'they' going to take over?

Hate to split hairs here, but what to which "Federal Banking System" do you refer?

Appraisal regulation is already subject to oversight by the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).

Specifically, what change are you predicting? Is the ASC gonna set up shop in the various states and territories? Will the ASC be charged with racketeering too? They are, after all, the agency responsible for oversight. They must be complicit in the conspiracy.
