I don't think you would start any wars here Bill if you post something that's considered to be a public and open posting in any public forum. Unless of course, it's your own personal feelings, opinions and thoughts about these agencies, of which, then it doesn't really matter because you've already expressed your own personal opinions many times about real estate appraiser boards as a whole.

Please do post them here. We all would like to read them.

And, while we're at it, George Hatch, I don't think most of us questioned the quantity of work, except maybe the state some others. My reference was into the competency aspect of the state findings only!

Yes numerous examples. I'll send yu a list.k I'm referring to ad hoc interpretations.
Mr. Rose,

Looking forward to the information. If you click on the "WWW" below, my address, phone number, fax number and email address are plainly visible. Alternatively, just

Thanks,

Frank - Sir - I don't expect much of repost nor would I expect that you would receive his "list". He's been issued a request to just post it here with no personal attacks against him. If it's a viable and reputable list and verifiable list then I see no reason for him to not post it here. It might provide some "enlightenment" to the rest of us - or not.

I have to ask. And to you attack dogs I first say, sit, stay. I just can't find this stuff is all. Where does one find discipline info that keeps popping up here? I look on the ASC site, but I can't find the link.
Also any chance we can broadcast the info in our communities with specifics of offenses?
OK guys-you can get up now.

I do not consider myself an attack dog. This is PUBLIC INFORMATION. It is available to any person in the world with a computer....for free....as a daily email.

I do not know these people, do not know the why, what or how of there cases.

The link again is:

If you need help, call me and I will be glad to help you.

Go to:

http://www.ASC.gov

The main text on the home page:

Welcome to the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC)

The Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council - ASC - welcomes you to its NEW, UPDATED Web site. To learn more about its new features, please click here.

We hope that you find our Web site easy to use and full of comprehensive information about the Federal oversight system regarding licensed or certified real estate appraisers.

To navigate this site: select a blue primary "tab" at top of your screen. After selecting a primary tab, a row of yellow secondary tabs will appear under the primary tab, which now will be yellow. Select the secondary tab that identifies your area of interest.

To receive automated email notifications about the status (active or expired) and disciplinary actions (revocations, suspensions, and surrenders) regarding appraisers on the National Registry, click here.

I bolded the part you want. :P

I do not consider myself an attack dog.
Neither do I. See how defensive we all get about the attacks? I was talking about the guys who come on here and tell me I need a mentor because I ask a question about how to find a computer site or jump all over me for sharing something.
I didn't even have you in mind. Thanks for sharing the info.
Now can I find out more about this CO person and can I publish it if I find it?

If you find it you must post a link to that information. You can then add that information as long as it's obviously quoted and not too long.
