Many of us saw this coming. Appraisal boards are under pressure and the pressure will get much worse. I email my state and federal legislators on a weekly basis with the news stories of appraisal/mortgage fraud. If the states do not make some improvements the dreaded FEDERAL BOYS are gonna step in.

Lack of significant discipline in the past is resulting in "catch up time". This would not be a great time to have a vaild complaint filed against you.
