TAF Partnered With REVAA

i would like to see the voting records of all TAF/REVAA/CRN/AARO/GSE members...commies should not be allowed....eh, Frank? :ROFLMAO:
He was sweating. There were a few sweating. Chopra was nice to independent fee appraisers he interviewed.

That was not Frank. That was leader of TAF.

What about competition between people if fees were separated in the market place.

You pick and choose on where you want the competition?
It is both predictable and inevitable that people will choose to act in what they believe are their own best interests. This is a fundamental upon which we base our own work in our day job. Everyone involved is going to go for whatever they think the market will bear.

It is the money part on appraisal fees now that all the regulators are scared Chopra will jump in with competition and where the money is going?

Think about it.

Okay, public trust? I can hurt you here. You are just scratching the surface.

Just separate fees on truth in lending disclosures. The whole market structure would change on appraisals for loans that are federally insured. It would create huge competition between other players in the market on single family residential loans. It would also be more transparent to the public trust.

My points are rock solid. They are not going anywhere regardless of election. If Trump abolishes CFPB, that is on his AZZ if he wins.

My points will still stand.

I don't think you can abolish CFPB by executive order. Don't quote me on that. That would be nail in coffin for DJT.
