Simply no more trainee's for me. Another reason is my base of operation is 60 miles from the nearest city......up in the mountains. My choice. I'm just not set up to train. I did a friend a favor, gave it a shot and it wasn't for me. Thanks for the ideas.
Training someone is not for everyone....it sounds particularly difficult in an area like yours.

I had to get the Designated Supervisor license for my state, then I put my daughter through the school, bought the computer/desk, trained my daughter for the first 12 months before she quit. She was actually VERY GOOD and understood it well. She said it was just too hard and wasn't worth it. I paid her $12/HR a cell phone and health insurance. Go figure.

Next time, I'm charging $50K for a 2 year apprenticeship! SO NOT WORTH IT~~~

Just curious....what does your daughter do for a job instead?

She went on tour with her band an said she's taking a break but still hasn't come back. Its KILLING ME to see her make such a big mistake.
