I’ve been making the case for years that a notary public license would one day be superior to an AI designation. B. Bucks esq. and Texas Notary Public.
Well, in Tennessee, you only have to be 18, be a resident, and speak English. It costs $12 for the application. Are you 18 and can you scrape together $12? To think of the countless hundreds of education hours and "experience" hours I've wasted in 30 years, lol
 
Ground Works is not a registered AMC in NC. Probably not an AMC in any State.

When you peruse and research Ground Works the Picture becomes more clear what they are AND also what they are becoming. The Captain of that ship is charting the path to Growth.

The CEO is responsible for making major corporate decisions, managing overall operations, and setting the company's STRATEGIC direction. They are accountable to the board of directors or stakeholders of the company and are often the public face of the organization.

If you can understand the Above than it should be clear that they are absolutely capable of becoming an AMC.
That is the same corporate BS copy and set of impressive sounding buzzwords all these companies use

I could care less if they become an AMC of course. Just saying that corporate buzz words and talking about growth and taking over the world on a website is often meaningless.
 
For interior inspections, you would have to do all that is stated above as well as take measurements of the home and take photos of the interior of the home. The training manuals have all required pictures to be taken as well as how to do the measurements.

The measurement thing made me nervous also, but I did some research and there are tons of laser measuring tools that we can use. I am currently looking at the Bosch GLM 20 which is going for $39.98 on Amazon. I looked at the video and it seems pretty simple! We got this! You can do it! I have faith in you

They won't have to, AI will do it all. Hybrids are not going away, you're dreaming if you think otherwise.
Sure. I just won't do Hybrids just like I do not work for AMCs. Get your CG like Terrell said if you're that worried AI will take over. Stand up to the machines!

To each his own, never did appraisals for them, but don't mind doing the inspection side of a hybrid. Easy money.

I guess I just would rather finish the report and get the whole appraisal fee myself, but hey. I hope you get 5 a day or whatever makes you happy.

If it paid enough I would, typically they don't want a good accurate inspection so they lean away from those experienced.
