I guess I just would rather finish the report and get the whole appraisal fee myself, but hey. I hope you get 5 a day or whatever makes you happy.

Being a PDC collector as a Non appraiser is a gig job

An appraisal is not a "gig profession", due to the liability, license, and study etc. A gig is a gig and a profession is a profession and they are not the same thing.

I never thought this business was a profession. Not since 1991 and more so when AMCs took over.

my one big non AMC lender hated them. said it took longer because they had to go thru an AMC, and it cost more on top of their normal appraiser fee. but we won't hear that end of the business cause fannie is heading towards their own regression model with staff appraisers.
 
Residential Real Estate Appraiser will be a short lived occupation. Eventually the homeowner will just walk through the house with Lidar or Cubicasa. Game over.
