Just do it to get out of the house. Plus, nothing better than walking through a POS, or a ranch in the middle of a two story neighborhood, or a true Pittsburgh row house with kitchen and bathroom in the basement and knowing I DON'T have to write it up. Again, it won't be around for long. Can't make a living doing it.

All work is honorable so long as you do right by it. And don't let the pinheads get away with accusing you of performing appraisals or violating USPAP when engaged in this type of work.

In order to be a Scab there has to be a Union and last time I checked appraising is every man for himself as no other appraiser is coming to save you or pay your bills. SO do what ya got to do and ignore anyones opinion unless they are sending you money
