You omitted the part about them not being able to afford the software per use fees because they charge $50 per report. :ROFLMAO:

This is 2026 and Frog Geezer is the best you can come up with? Surely, with your superior intellect, a better, more specific, and more insulting epithet can be generated. Use your imagination! Someone could take offense to those comments. At least some folks have the balls to own up to their comments and not hide their identity. Who is the liar? Peace to you. May it calm your troubles

People have reached their boiling points. Can’t say I blame them. It will only get worse. Still time for those in positions of some authority to have courage.
 
Frank is a good guy and has always acted in good faith WRT the legitimate interests of the profession. You guys are barking up the wrong tree on this one. If people disagree (or don't disagree) with his politics then that's a completely separate issue from what is/isn't in our profession.
 
I’m sure many are doing what they can and feel they anre making a difference. They aren’t. I spent 10 years writing letters. Total waste of time. But I didn’t know any better, at the time I thought letters from appraisal organizations might be considered. They weren’t. Need pipe hitters, not letter writers.

Unfortunately not may of those guys left in the profession. That’s the thing about professionals with ethics and morals. They don’t stick around an immoral and unethical profession forever. Pains them too much.
