Not in the UAD world my man. If they didn't think 0.1 exists they wouldn't let you put in 0.x. But they do.
Don't get mad at me that the Gov. Is inept.

Argument from silence. Why would they invest money to limit that when no one would put that because it doesn't exist. We could put that our house was made of real Krypton from Superman's world. Do you think there is a fear of that happening? Keep it real, man.Not in the UAD world my man. If they didn't think 0.1 exists they wouldn't let you put in 0.x. But they do.

Whatever....then if that's what it is, they allow you to put it there. Anyway it's nice to see that you agree. It's not just 1.0 or 2.0.Stick built underground home, think bunker, where they just have an observation area on ground level big enough to put a bean bag chair to observe stars, atmosphere or whatever their LSD mind is tripping on.

Sorry, but the UAD specification specifically delineates a difference between "levels" and "stories" and your common dictionary definition certainly does not work in the appraisal world (think about 3 or 4 level split levels - these are certainly not 3 or 4 story homes)
Not a 3 or 4 story home:

UAD Appendix D: Field

Split levels (both 3 level and 4 level splits) are a 1 story home. The 2 top levels (not stories) are GLA, which is approx the foundation size (and any overhang). Below the main level, (where the kitchen is located) is basement. They are just offshoots of a Ranch...basically a ranch that has one half of it raised a 1/2 story higher.2 Story - Split Level (3 levels GLA)
Yes, you should, that would be quite nice! LOLshould I include a bouncing ball next post?

Basements are not considered a story
