It's simple guys, just take it live. I prefer the conversations we get into in USPAP to the online thing.

I have had good experiences with the USPAP live class that the AI provides. It'[s also a good way to network, and many people taking the class are normally non-AI members.

Thanks for the info. I will definitely go back to the classroom (with bad A/C) for the USPAP update.

I find it slightly humorous that so many people can rationalize a lot of the crap that is laid out in the CE system. I've taken so many classes that really weren't worth the paper the course material was printed on, let alone the fee I paid to sit through it.

If education was actually the focus, and not money, then CE would be sponsored and completely funded by state/federal agencies.

The solution is to take Appraisal Institute classes. If you join the institute for $300 the discounts you receive on the classes will pay for your membership.
