USPAP class for the thirteenth time

Okay. Whatever.

Your state could still work a deal with the CE providers if they wanted, or even approach TAF on the prospect. Have you tried asking your state to fix the glitch in their Matrix yet? After all, they're the ones who got themselves to the point where their policies are making you unhappy.
Your fever for arguing the point is suddenly diminished.

Injustice is more upsetting to some people rather than others, apparently.

We have written the state. We've reposted many articles. We continue to talk about the issues to an increasingly wide audience.

As the supposed most qualified among us dismiss the issue off hand.

The entire appraisal industry has been running on their laurels for so long, none of them seem to even understand that when segments sink for others, their ship is sinking as well.

TAF has mandated all companies offering the USPAP class MUST PAY a class fee to issue the class. Mr Hatch, that's the other side of the story, FYI.

I received a similar response from Mcksisssock. TAF has a huge monopoly, so they are unwilling to relinquish power. Did you read Sasha Jones' article? TAF is as corrupt as it gets.

Can't complain now that USPAP is only every two years. No, I rather take the shot than endure 7 hours of USPAP.
Take two. Take three. Nothing wrong with speeding up the laws of natural selection.

Sad however, to see how susceptible people are to repeat conditioning and propaganda.

Shouldn't you have your mask on while posting that?

If you have other links please post them in a reply to me. I only stop by here for brief periods and don't bother following up for most topics unless they hit my bell alerts. Thanks.

No I had Covid last summer. I'm immune until this coming winter. It helps if you know the science.

I always thought the 2-yr cycle is excessive, and that the 4yr cycle was sufficient to purpose.

With the amount of material I cover I can't deliver that update course in less than 7 hours. If the course participants are going to lose a day of work and fork out the cash then I'm going to do everything I can to pack as much utility as I can into the presentation.

Not much really change every two years with USPAP.

All I'm doing is attributing your complaints to their respective sources. My "fever" remains the same. As for that "injustice", I'm having a hard time getting worked up about the costs of licensing. If your state really loved you they'd provide all your CE for free, renew your license for $0 and provide you with free appraisalware.

So why doesn't your state love you like that?

While we're at it, the CE requirement used to be an avg of 10hrs a year, not an avg of 14hrs. I always thought bumping to 14hrs was excessive, too.
