If not safe, FDA would not allow these vaccines. Americans decide if they want to take it or not.

the FDA like TAF has numerous money interests internally and externally...public trust and for profit can never mix...the will hat the one and love the other

Neither... it's civil administrative law. Misdemeanors and felonies are only in criminal law.

The question is has it complied with law by the legislature approving USPAP bi-annually with its changes as required by federal law? If it hasn't then the version of USPAP that was last approved by the legislature is, by law, the only one applicable.

As I recall, the law incorporates the current version of USPAP by reference.
