Waivers are not given on C-5 and
C-6 condition properties and that's
a problem in blighted area's. Hard money is King.

Every property is beautiful to someone. You don't chip on a man's truck, his dog, his woman or his home. That ain't right.

    • Leadership Secrecy: During Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) hearings in early 2024, Rohit Chopra interrogated David Bunton regarding the process to find a successor for the retiring president. [1, 2, 3]
    • Contradictory Statements: David Bunton initially claimed he was not involved in picking his replacement, but later admitted he made suggestions and stated the foundation would not seek ratification of the new president from the ASC. [1]
    • Private Lawmaking Body: Rohit Chopra characterized the non-profit foundation as an insular, unaccountable lawmaking body operating behind closed doors, noting it “is essentially a lawmaking body that is neither accountable to the public nor subject to competitive market forces.” -- [Rohit Chopra]

Responses and Defense
    • Denial of Wrongdoing: David Bunton defended the organization's record, stating that the foundation operates transparently and works to uphold public trust. [1]

Your correct never have chipped on a mans truck, his dog or women but when a self described real estate expert whose non stop attacks and critic of so many men, women and anyone else. Then after calling them lyers, unethical, immoral he quotes scripture. It's just to much and some times the best time to kick a crying grown man is when he's down for the count.

Teaching and appraising are separate skills
Business and appraising are separate skills
Legislating/standards and appraising are separate skills
Politicing and appraising are separate skills

Those skills are not mutually exclusive and actually have significant overlap.

Kelly can spell, write in complete sentences, capitalize and use proper punctuation. She does not copy and past in correspondence, and uses her real name.

Look what they done to my appraisal job, ma
Look what they done to my appraisal job
Well, it's the only thing that I could do half right
And it's turning out all wrong, ma
Look what they done to my appraisal job

Look what they done to my brain, ma
Look what they done to my brain
Well, they picked it like a chicken bone
And I think I'm half insane, ma
Look what they done to my appraisal job

Well, if I could find a real good book
I'd never have to come out and look at
What they done to my appraisal job

Look what they done to my appraisal job

Look what they done to my appraisal job, ma
Look what they done to my appraisal job, ma
Well, they tied it up in a plastic bag
Turned it upside down, ma
Look what they done to my appraisal job

Look what they done to my appraisal job, ma
Ma, look what they done to my appraisal job
It's the only thing I could do alright
And they turned it upside down, oh ma
Look what they done to my appraisal job

But maybe it'll all be alright, ma

Maybe it'll all be okay
Well, if the people are buying tears
I'll be rich someday, ma
Look what they done to my appraisal job

But maybe it'll all be alright, ma

If only Melanie Safka was still writing songs today.
