I fear with Trump damaging our economy, appraising will be slow again this year.
Worst case is if we fall into a recession, FED will decrease interest rate and we should have more business.

Show me one tariff so far, DJT implemented, that has adversely impacted our economy, just one.

I truly think you are probably a fairly highly intelligent person that has such a fix on DJT that you cannot extract yourself emotionally and see things from a more realistic point of view.

Really? There was far better economic news under Trump until the Covid scare. And Covid was a weaponized virus created with the help and funding of Fauci and the CDC. We should not have been financing and funding the Chinese Disease Control lab in Wuhan. The stupidity of financing this lab ought to speak for itself. It was Chinese and they were doing bioweapon research that we should never have been part of.

Speculation. So, what is the solution to letting Europe whack us with a "Value Added Tax" (VAT) of 15% on all goods coming from America, but getting a free ride exporting to America? Do you know what the Chicken Tax is, and why it was imposed? Germany and France stopped the US from importing chicken so LBJ responded by adding 25% duty on light trucks from overseas. It's a pointless tax now, but these trade wars are not one-sided. Trump is responding to the efforts of foreign protectionist legislation.
