RIP ...Glenn just relax the spring pops going to explode around April 1 and we have 4 months to harvest the buyers and lyers and then we can get back into our man caves and rest up through the fall and winter. Now Isn't this great what other business can you only work 4 months a year to make 12 months of income.

See the Spring Pop came early and now you have 5 months to do your harvest. You have to think positive while the rest are wringing their hands and in a panic.

Work related to litigation. It's nice to have an assignment which provides 30 - 60 days to complete the appraisal or appraisal review, and even better when the case stays active for a year or two.

Since September of 2024, there has been an abundance of FEMA 50% Rule work. That may continue for the next 6 months or longer.
