Who else is dead slow lately?

As the late Jimmy Fraina Realtor used to say from 1980 until his death in 1998. RIP ...Glenn just relax the spring pops going to explode around April 1 and we have 4 months to harvest the buyers and lyers and then we can get back into our man caves and rest up through the fall and winter. Now Isn't this great what other business can you only work 4 months a year to make 12 months of income.

I am trying to figure out if there some kind of disconnect somewhere with the OP.

Four VA assignments, one DOD 8 unit apartment, one DOD SFR, one manufactured home in a park job. Five sales, two private party. Quoted $3,000 fee on a $10M SFR sale, wont lose any sleep if I do not get it.

I was thinking of @Francois K. Gregoire. No disrepect to you. He is in a leadership role.

With no lending work, he has to specialize somewhere else.

You see how that could disconnect with the OP?

See the Spring Pop came early and now you have 5 months to do your harvest. You have to think positive while the rest are wringing their hands and in a panic.

I know again. None of my business. LOL

Interesting. At the risk of being obtuse, what do you specialize in?
Work related to litigation. It's nice to have an assignment which provides 30 - 60 days to complete the appraisal or appraisal review, and even better when the case stays active for a year or two.

Since September of 2024, there has been an abundance of FEMA 50% Rule work. That may continue for the next 6 months or longer.

Thank you. That explains the disconnect with OP. You have other engagements as well on top of those assignments.

It is getting clear.

Expecting less work in 2025, following 105 assignments in 2024, fees averaged $875 in 2024.
Your Big Balls of So Ca..Kudos to you and nice seeing some winners . Those are great numbers at those fees. Dont ya just love winning biggley...lol
