Interesting IMO that edicts about price goughing appear to exclude residential real estate transactions [that coincidentally are in transition based upon the impact of a recent court decision resulting from allegations of collusiion between sellers and buyers--although the "sweeping" changes pertain almost exclusively to data published on realtors' MLS information, while any n all communication elsewhere either published or verbal didn't change--as though its a sham.The real estate market is on fire in more ways than one, you say? Can you imagine the volume of people trying to find a new place to crash? Think of the outlying motel/hotel operators and the restaurants, the real estate agents and the title companies. Unbelievable clusterF of everybody trying to do the same thing simultaneously.
