APEX Version 6 for sale ~ less than 1/2 price

Getting ready to retire. Have 1 license for Apex Version 6 which I am willing to sell for $145. If have used a few different sketching programs and this one is the best in my 29 experience as an appraiser. If interested please PM me and I will give you my phone#. At time of purchase, I will give my business name, my account # with Apex, the password and the phone number for Apex. According to Apex, they will help with installing the sketch program with your software. Ran the same add back in 2017. Will accept pay pal.

Not sure of your reply......... Are you asking for an explanation? ......... The only explanation I can give you is the version 6 is still good and works fine and does not cost $295 like the version 7. I have a 9 year old computer ~ should I buy a new computer because the one I am using is not a current computer when the computer I am using in meeting my needs? Should I buy a new car with the car I am driving now works perfectly fine with any issues? Used cars right now a commanding a premium and selling over what they are actually worth. Bought my wife a new 2022 Honda CR-V as many of the used 2020 and 2021 CRV's are selling for more than buying new. Hope this analysis answers your question.

Thanks for the reply as I know there will always be people like him. Please note that I do not pay any attention to this type of person as these type of people live in their own world.

Does Apex allow their license to be re-sold?

I called Apex to get info if license can be resold and was put on hold for long time and later asked to leave voice mail.
Seems like company service is not good. Is company short staff that they can't answer phone?

And good for you on the prep to retirement. Even though I have been at this a long long time I am not ready for retirement yet but with the likely death of refi's in meaningful volume for many years to come, the crazy desktop, hybrid "we'll pay you nothing for it" AND the "we are all racist as appraisers" nuances, pushing AVM's etc.....not sure appraising will be a viable,rewarding, nice or interesting thing to do moving forward and I have no clue what to partially or fully transition to career wise. Will be interesting.
