Employees Receive $6 Million in Unpaid Overtime Wages from Class Action Settlement With CoreLogic Valuation Solutions Inc.

Contact a California Class-Action Attorney Today

When the workers of a company share a common complaint about their employer, they can seek a class-action lawsuit.

Class-action lawsuits in California not only hold companies responsible for wrongful actions against workers, but also protect future workers from harm and compensate past employees who were affected by those actions.

At the Workplace Rights Law Group, our California class-action attorneys know what it takes to get California workers what they deserve.

With almost 100 years of combined experience in class-action lawsuits, we passionately fight for the rights of workers of companies big and small.

If you are a current or former employee of CoreLogic and want to join the class action lawsuit, or if you need help bringing a class-action against another California employer, give one of our California class-action attorneys a call at 818-446-1045 for a free case review.

Wait, you are a licensed or certified appraiser and make $14 per signed appraisal ? Dead Man Walking, end of the profession....what were there 34,000 or 37,000 appraisers as an example in Calif in late 2000's? Post Cuomo idiocy and corruption of AMC taking their fee out of ours....there were 9,000 in Calif in Jan 2022......that number is going to 2,000 to 3,000 in the next few years.

As a staff appraiser you must be getting paid an hourly wage or salary outside of these desktop appraisals no? I worked at an AMC before and the in house appraisers got paid less for the appraisals but they were given a salary/medical benefits/cushy part time hours so it wasn't a bad arrangement.

And well if you're not getting any base pay besides the medical...get out of there asap man. You're better off using your free time applying to other AMCs or searching other part time jobs.

I have personal ethics. If someone is being paid less for the same work, that's not fair. I don't like being treated unfairly. As a boss, I wouldn't do that. In general, humans hate being treated unfairly.

Of course the capitalist doesn't want the workers to come together and discuss wages. The capitalist wants to pay each employee as little as possible for their labor. It's called being a good businessman.
So you have been on the job twenty years and I should start the new hire at your wage rate?
Both will be doing the same job so it should be ok with you? I guess I should give them the same vacation days as you have built up, as well?

You would not want them treated unfairly, right?

Keep in mind, you both do the same job.

Everyone deserves the same amount of vacation. Why do some people deserve more leisure time than others? Serious question.

Fair doesn't mean equal pay for different work. Fairness just means more equitable working conditions. The gap from toilet cleaner to CEO wouldn't be as large as it is today.

What are the roles and expectations? Are we expected to do the same work? Why should someone get paid more for equal work?

Because the work may be equal but the performance by some is better than others. When or if you ever get 10 25 employees you will quickly discover some are better workers than others.

So it's not equal work then. People should be paid bonuses for their productivity, not their seniority.

Who doesn't get pissed off when they work harder and better than the guy who has been there for 20 years? Dude makes more money just because he's wasted more of his life working there. That doesn't make sense.

Nobody gets mad at a bonus system based on performance. It's fair, it's open. How can you get mad at someone for doing more work than you and getting paid more for it?
