Does this appraisal software user agreement result in possible USPAP violations for the appraiser?

It states:
"
ALM may retain and use information collected in your use of the Service."
The user agreement does not state which information they are using and for what purpose, other than to say "appraisal data" will not be "accessed by ALM or its affiliates to create automated valuation models." Since the user agreement allows them to utilize assignment results for other purposes, it seems to me that by using their software you are violating Confidentiality, which states:

They can unilaterally amend the agreement at any time without notification.
"
ALM reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any policy governing the Service, at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy."
Also, their smart exchange and vault products have separate license agreements that give them even more access and use your appraisal data.

I guess I don't really see how the appraiser can be in compliance while using appraisal software with this type of agreement.
