Pathetic

Explain to me how that is pathetic? I just signed up, but can’t get anyone on the phone… I am sure they have a line of applications/payments they are processing… The payment processing part took almost 5 minutes.

Alamode has different support lines. If you bought cheapo support, it's off hours now.

I can deal with waiting it out for a few days, but Rapattoni MLS took a month!

The AMC's are going to put ACI users on the backburner and eventually will forget about us in the rotation even when the system eventually comes back up.

I have been using ACI for about 25 years. I am in my mid 50's; I just do not have the mental capacity to learn a new appraisal program.

Does anyone have any idea what percentage of us use ACI? I would have to assume at least 25% of appraisers nationwide. I know that Total is the big daddy. I think ACI is number 2.

Pathetic

Many here would chalk that up as a supply and demand issue. I agree it’s pathetic but it’s nowhere near as pathetic as what AMCs have done the industry in the last decade plus.

I installed it and it works, poor quality maps but it puts the basic distances in and imports into the report. You will have to go to options + environment + maps and switch to MapPoint its old software from 2013
