Anyone own a blood pressure device

That seems kind of borderline high. I try to cut down on frozen dinners and canned food which have high sodium.
Also try doing more outside walking. My dog forces me to walk out at least twice a week.
It is most definitely borderline high...

Anyone suffer from extreme White Coat syndrome....
Oh yes - very common. I'll invariably be 10-20 points higher on the top number, especially if I had to wait for an hour past my appointment all the while having to listen to the home shopping channel or Gunsmoke on the waiting room TV. Mercifully my last trip to the cardo guy the TV was off, and I knew a guy sitting there so we talked about his kids and grandkids - about where he used to work with an old friend of mine who died a few years ago... takes your mind off it.

So what do you do....
Take your home monitor with you to the doctor's office to show your home BP numbers....

Your BP numbers vary. When I rush to the doctor, my BP is much higher and then have to wait til I calm down to get more accurate numbers.
When I'm stress especially in meeting appraisal due date, my BP goes up.
Since summer of this year, my BP has been below average. :giggle:

I can't believe the large gap between my home testing numbers and medical facility testing numbers....

Insane how anxious my subconscious gets....
Call me B Fife....
Or....
Luther....

Conspiracy theories and election lies make mine go up. How can some be so gullible?

Trying to drink 80-100oz of water daily is proving to be a major challenge....

Same thing happened to me at the doctor. Nurse said my blood pressure was high and I told her that 20 points were due to them having The View on in the waiting room
