I don't understand why the volume is coming in after futures started trading. Everybody decided to stop trading until the futures start? Why?

I really have little understanding about trading like you from reading some of your posts, but I can tell you what I am going to do. If Bitcoin hits 100K, I will be buying gold over on APMEX which now excepts Bitcoin as payment. That would mean I could buy about 60K in gold and pay 40K in taxes.

Well, I have no other income. All my income has been price speculation. I will hold it. And then I will sell it at a higher price. Of course, if gold rises along with Bitcoin, then I would buy less. A portfolio of assets should hold 5 to 10% in precious metals (so I have read). I have been forced to buy more PM as crypto has risen. I held PM long before crypto came on the scene.

I don't know what else to do. I'm all ears.

If the FED is allowed to go to negative interest rates and implement a basic income, then asset inflation would force stocks higher. Perhaps some stocks (seems ludicrous to buy stocks).

The d*** thing is messed up.

More than likely they will criminalize Bitcoin at some point - maybe I can cash out more before that happens.

I don't think there is going to be negative rates. No idea about basic income. I think improving and soon booming economy is going to benefit banks. Our views of what is happening in the world is very different.
