Fannie Mae/FHA Driveway And Garage Storage Question

That applies to counting driveway spaces, not a garage or carport. A 24 x 44 foot garage is not a 2 car garage, its a 4 car garage as there is space for 4 cars. I've already posted the written direction from the powers that be.
Really...who dictated that? I've always called them a 2C+

If it has two bay doors then it's either a 2 car garage or a 4 car tandem. It's not a 4 car garage.

Why? By that logic. The photo examples you gave would not include the driveway areas in front of garage door as car storage.
