Agents in my area puts sketches, cc r , surveys, etc in the file section of the MLS.P.S. I have never had a "tax card" with a sketch from the assessor to refer to either. They ain't got those in either one of the states I appraised in.
So when I was going through all of her uploaded doc, I saw cubi casa.
I said that's strange cubicasa says zzz and the MLS sqft says something else. Got me thinking. What's going on?
So I went to see what the tax card says...OK it matches the MLS.
Before cubicasa, agents would either use the tax card, prior appraisals or would hire someone to measure the home.
I'll post something later from the NC real estate commission.....They recently posted something on GLA sqft...but they are in the dark on this issue. That have no idea what is really going on.
I guess our new tag line is good enough. Eh....its good enough....close enough for government work.
