if it was appraisal bias...or the definition of misleading...then they would be all over it...but just not the vile forms that appraisers use everyday

FWIW I signed up with Aivre to begin my 3.6 workflow. What convinced me was a moment of candor from Jake during a podcast. When questioned about mobile apps and LiDAR, he stated he isn't developing LiDAR because LiDAR just isn't there yet. This may not matter to some, but he's the first developer I've heard being honest about the very real limitations of what the other software providers keep claiming is street ready.

Plan B and 2.6 workflow: Since I've used TOTAL for 10+ years, I'm driving up to Dallas for the boot camp later this month.
