You're right. You haven't given up trying to convince yourself of your superiority over everyone. I have no regrets concerning the path I have taken. If I did I sure wouldn't spend my time making excuses or rehashing it over and over and feeling sorry for myself.

No, signing the backs of checks to go on promoting this BS, maybe. A different conference every 2 weeks to tell everyone how they plan on getting rid of appraisers. They change up the strategy depending on the audience they are appealing to. Watch the presentations one after another.

I believe by "home inspector" one really means PDC....
If that's the case, I'd be a good PDC....
Equal to "a licensed appraiser with 20 plus years of experience"....
As would the majority of all appraisers....
