How Do You Complete 2 Or More Appraisals Per Day?

I may be speaking out of turn cause i have a bad memory, but im pretty sure that one of the super appraisers on this thread thats cranking out the work is the same person that stated they would do a final inspection based off of photos provided by a third party.

if you mean me the VA told me it was ok to do it so i did it for the one occasion stated in that thread.
 
One guy doesn't measure, he estimates.

including tomorrow's 1 1004 and 1 draw for the month of october which ill type when i get home i completed 50 1004's, 2 2055's and 17 draws/finals. just missed my goal of 2 per day every day darn it! oh well, on to lucky november.

$25,000/month is a good 6 months for the average appraiser according to salary.com

As a 1 person operation I felt I pushed process automation to its limit. I still could not push 2 (start to finish) a day out the door. Something is getting missed.
