FHFA doesn't just oversee Fannie and Freddie, they are the conservator. They pretty much have full control. They very well may have the authority to terminate DEI

This bold move immediately resulted in the removal of all appraisal bias propaganda from the official whitehouse.gov website.

The implications are clear – the lies and false accusations maligning real estate appraisers as discriminating against people of color, along with calls to forcibly diversify the appraisal profession for political reasons, have been firmly rejected by the new administration. Appraisers across the nation are breathing a sigh of relief, knowing these baseless attacks on their integrity and professionalism have been halted, freed at last from the slanderous accusations of discrimination leveled against them and their industry by agenda-driven bureaucrats and race-baiting politicians.

Let's face it. We literally have millions "working" for the government who are not doing anything tangible nor useful to the average American and we should also start with a bunch of so-called "consultants" paid big bucks for very little. That 'revolving door' doesn't just open up to industry and business. It is self-feeding as more and more ex-employees are hired as consultants. Most of the 51 'experts' who declared Hunter's laptop as Russian disinformation were drawing government checks and they need sent out somewhere else. Slashing the government work force is a must. The government is not the employer of last choice. Trim the fat.
