This month has been the pits-up till the last hour. Received in 5 requests so now I am busy.

5 a week.. our office has averaged 7 with 2 full time and one part. I prefer to limit it to 1 commercial per week and 3 residential. Usually can do that in 40 - 50 hours.

Sorry Mr. Allen I wasn't taking a shot at you. It's a long story but have you ever had the boss of a valued client (LO) suggest to the client to drop you because you will not bend to pressure and hit ridiculously inflated numbers? Then find out the boss trumped their LO and hired the local appraisal mill to hit those numbers? Turn and burn. Over the past year I have had at least six or so trainees who thought they had a career in the works drop off a resume looking for a job. I am confident you will do well even once you have some competition.

Things are pretty slow for me but 2 just came over. To those of you that are picking up gives me hope. *Yawn*-*stretch* I guess I could go out and market to get some more work.

I understand Wachovia has gone to completely in house appraisals. I undrtstood they will be are are starting to use only the stff appraisers now. I havent had anyhting from them for a bit.

Indiana area started out ok, 15 the first two weeks and has been dead for a week now. Before I get flamed, we do a bunch of the old 2055 form appraisals for a credit union with a limited scope.

January 08 is double over January 07. Which isn't saying much since I only had 4 orders in 1/07. December 07 was likewise double over December 06. One more month will make a full quarter and I will take it as a sign that things are easing up.
