I like Chopra. Many people I am sure don't.

I have emailed CFPB a few times on my feelings on separation of fees on truth in lending disclosures.

I even emailed the White House.

I got a reply from both. It was like thank you?

All of those worshiping at the altar of Chopra. Should familiarize themselves with the term "wolf in sheep's clothing". Or maybe "be careful what you ask for".

TAF needed to changed the paying sponsors to aka 'partners'... :rof: :rof: :rof:
Because people like you believe the annual membership fee amounts to bribery and buys favors from the ASB/AQB.

Crickets might be a better definition of the email response.

I would have liked to look at an email on separation of fees from White House or CFPB that read something like we are looking into your concerns on separation of fees on truth in lending disclosures.

why do they need paying sponsors or partners anyways...let them email TAF with questions and comments like the peons :ROFLMAO:

Alright Mr. Gregoire, how does the committee feel about separation of fees on truth in lending disclosures?
The NAR Real Property Valuation Committee has clearly stated there needs to be more transparency about how much of an "appraisal fee" is paid to an appraiser and how much goes to other parties.
